Where are Vazir pens made?Vazir pens are made in India.

I don’t like the item, can I return it for full refund?In case you decide you no longer want the item, please return it with the original packaging within 15 days of making the purchase. Return postage will be at your expense. We will do a full refund as long as it is unused and in the same condition that you received it. If you have inked the pen, please contact us to discuss refund options. Please refer to "Refund and Returns Policy" page for more details.

Do the pens support international cartridge converters?Yes, all of Vazir pens do unless explicitly specified that they don’t.

What materials are Vazir pens made of ?Our pens are made of – acrylic, cellulose acetate, brass, aluminium.

I see a pen on the Indian website but it's not available on the UK site. Can I still order that from UK site?Yes, such pens can be pre-ordered from the UK site. We will get in touch once the pen has arrived and ship it to you.
